1.What presents HomePage?

Homepage is the first page that the client see,consist of Menu, Slider, Search, Recommended Hotels, Best Offer Hotels and the footer.

2.How can we search for specific hotel?

After are filled the parameters in the search, the window with all hotels based on that request will be displayed. In the left side of the page is the filter section, where the client can search with specific hotel name, filter by regions, and number of stars that the hotel have.

3.Where can I find information about my reservation?

After you have select the hotel that you like, and the room that you can accomodate, a window with all information about the reservation will be displayed.Hotel name, information about the hotel(region and stars), the room that you have selected before, departure date, number of nights, number of passengers, final price, are information that are displayed in this window.

4.How can I check the reservation?

After the reservation is completed, in background the procedures for confirmation are in process.The status of the reservation can be checked in any time by clicking in the "Check Reservation" in the menu

5.Which are additional services?

When you are in the last part of the rservation, in the section where are filled information about the passengers, contact information, in the upper section are additional services that are offered for that trip.Vip Transfer, Private Transfer, Health Insurance, Insurance for Cancellation are some of the services that the agency offers offten. In each service there is a price for that also.

6.Which is the currency of online payment?

During reservation process, all prices are in EURO, but the final price in bank is made with Macedonian Denar, beacuse of the rules and law in Republic of Macedonia.

7.Where I am notified for my reservation?

All notification about your reservation you can find them in the email that you have registered in the contact information during reservation process
